A Wiffle Ball is a perforated plastic ball used in the game of wiffleball. The ball is about the same size as a standard baseball but is hollow, lightweight, and allows for pitchers to throw various pitches easily. Half of the ball is perforated with eight long holes and the other half is solid plastic. While many plastic baseballs exist todays, Wiffle is a registered trademark of Wiffle Ball, Inc. who make the original ball and design.

A wiffle ball is made of plastic that is tough and light weight. wiffle ball is designed to curve easily while also not being able to be thrown or hit far distances. The ball is designed to be a lightweight option for recreational use both indoor and outdoor. One half of the ball consists of 8 evenly spaced oblong holes while the other half is solid plastic.
